At Furniture Redefined, all our furniture pieces are made to order, ensuring they are tailored to your unique requirements. Please review our policy before placing your order. Once refund approved the amount will be credit in 3 to 5 working days. Exchange Delivery timeline is 3 to 5 working days.

1. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

  • Return and Refund will be possible only when the Furniture is delivered to you in damaged condition.

2. Image Confirmation Before Delivery

  • Before dispatching your order, we will share detailed images of your furniture.
  • Please review and approve the images carefully, as no changes or refunds will be entertained after confirmation.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Once production has started, Orders cannot be cancelled.
